Power Flow Yoga is a warm, energizing Level II/III Vinyasa-style yoga class that incorporates postural work for strength, flexibility and balance, as well as physical and mental stamina for a mind-body approach to fitness. The student moves from one pose to the next while synchronizing with the breath to create an inner fire, warming the muscles, and helping the body’s energy to flow continuously. Yoga experience is highly recommended. Be prepared with a yoga mat, water, and a towel.

Using a flowing series of postures to create heat within your body, you will increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Usually set to upbeat music to support the energy of the class, the teacher first guides the class through the flow together. Then, each student has the freedom to move at his or her own pace and breath. LPYoga Vinyasa is for anyone wanting to dive into a multi-level, strong practice.

Life Time's signature stages of yoga are the focus of this foundation class. Build simple flows to discover how your body works and feels in various yoga postures and transitions — creating both effort and release. As you explore a stronger body and mind, your breathing will inspire movement. A challenging class for all levels.
