Life Time's dynamic and challenging vinyasa FLOW experience synchronizes breath and builds strength through continuous movement. This is a guided practice where I provide more deliberate cues throughout class.

This intense, fast-paced class provides the mind-body benefit of yoga exercise in a vigorous format to give you an overall conditioning class to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Expect moderate to high intensity.
