Take a break from challenging flows and join us each Wednesday for Yoga for (life!) Balance. Discover how mindful focus and building stability through yoga will increase body awareness and accentuate clarity and balance in all aspects of your life off the mat. We will practice refining coordination and smoothing transitions between postures - all with the benefit of improved focus and preventing injuries.
