The studio in Gaithersburg is located in a condominium complex and space is limited, please contact us to confirm there is space for the class you would like to attend.
You are encouraged to bring your own mat, strap, and block, however we do have yoga products for purchase or for rent ($2).
We also keep the temperature set between a comfortable 75 and 80 degrees to help the muscles to loosen and for detoxification purposes, so be prepared to sweat. You are encouraged to bring a towel, however, we do provide small hand towels for rent ($1) or large ones for purchase.
